Stir-fried topside beef cooked with crispy onions and sweet peppers, then glazed in a sticky sauce made from honey and Japanese Soy sauce flavoured with cracked black pepper.

Mongolian Wok Seared Topside Beef

This Mongolian classic is made with finely sliced topside beef seared in the wok, spiced with cumin and flavoured with fresh spring onions and garlic.
